It couldn’t be avoided

IMG_0107

Minions!  I tried to talk myself out of bringing some home, but somehow they are here.  I have the panel too, so I can make the Minion quilt from the Sept/Oct 2015 issue of Quiltmaker.

I need a quick, just for fun project and this fits the bill.  The fabric is already all cut up, ready to toss on the design wall tomorrow and then I can just spend a few hours sewing.  The only stressful thing about this one will be mediating who gets to use it when we all sit down to watch a movie together!

  1. How fun!
Am I the only living being who has never seen a Minion movie? : )

  2. I couldn't resist when the fabric came out either. I paid a fortune to ship a ton of minion fabric over to the UK as I knew we wouldn't have it here. I have no idea what I'm going to make.

  3. Minions! Such fun fabric. Good luck on the mediating... or you could just claim it!

  5. No, Janet! I have never heard of them. I'm too much of an old fogey for this - it is kind of cute, though! Have fun with something different.

  7. That's something new to me, the old lady! I really wouldn't know what to do with it, but I'm sure you will come up with something really cute. ---"Love"
